Darshakendra, or K. Raghavendra Rao, is an Indian film director and screenwriter who primarily works in the Telugu film industry. Darshakendra, a veteran with over four decades of experience, has won seven Nandi Awards and five Filmfare South Awards throughout his career. He has also directed Rajesh Khanna in Naya Kadam (1984) and Masterji (1985), as well as Jeetendra in Jaani Dost (1983), Kaamyab (1984), Tohfa (1984), and Hoshyar (1984). (1985).
